By accessing or using TYVIK services and the Ron Bot hardware, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our products and services.
Hardware & Software
The Ron Bot hardware and its associated software (firmware, mobile app, and SDK) are provided as-is. Modification of the hardware or reverse engineering of the software is permitted only through official developer channels.
Warranty & Returns
We offer a limited 1-year warranty on all Ron Bot hardware. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Limitation of Liability
TYVIK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Ron Bot or our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TYVIK is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing our products, you explicitly agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our products and services. TYVIK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
